    H4 change of status stamping in Mexico/ canada

    Hello,
    I was on H1B. I filed for COS before my last working day on H1B and was approved about a month ago.

    To have my H1B stamped, can i go to Mexico? or London? Or do i need to go to India?

    Please let me know if anyone had a similar experience. Thanks much.
