I am currently on OPT F1 visa (feb-12) and my employer is filing my H1B on 1st of April. I plan to submit all the documents for H1B filing and make an international travel during the month of March. I will return by 25th of March. Will this affect the i94 that I submit during my h1b filing? Is it safe to travel without any complications occurring in my h1b process?
