We lost approval notice mail for my spouse and daughter h4 I539 extn(filed with my H1b pp transfer).
USCIS online current case status shows - 'case received'. But after inquiring with USCIS got to know they sent approval notice in Oct 2015 and I lost it for sure (as we moved and haven't updated address in Oct start)
Their (1st) H4 I-94 expired on Nov 30,2015.
My current H1b I-94(attached to I-797 notice) is valid till mid 2017
Can they trip to India with/out me before getting duplicate h4 approval notice ?
I am going to file I-824 for duplicate approval notice(including fees of $405) in next couple of days, but the timings of that is also 3-6 mnths.
