Fingerprinted at the border at the age of 13, will those be in the record?
My husband was crossing the border illegally at the age of 13 years old.He was stopped by the immigration and was fingerprinted, he didn't have an ID on him. Then, they sent him back. Will this record show up when USCIS checks his background now that we will be applying for him to get his green card? Is 13 years old too young to be held accountable for illegal entry?

Finger prints are valid forever for govt. record but your husband didn't have ID at that time so it's difficult to say anything.

No. He must be travelling alone so he can be held accountable for illegal entry.
