Is there a problem getting?
4 Yrs. ago I had to go out of country and my kid was absent to school for a month. I got notice from court and pleaded guilty.
offense: 18A:38-25.
Question: My GC is expiring soon and I'm planning to apply for Citizenship. Will there be a problem getting citizenship because of the offense above?
Do I need to send any additional documents (affidavit etc to justify the above case) with citizenship application?
