Hello friends,
I joined my company 2 months before completion of my masters. I already have H1B and now i want to apply for Green Card, but the immigration Dept is not ready to apply in EB2 category. They will apply in EB3 category as i was an undergrad when i joined company. Me and my manager tried a lot to convince them but they don't agree.
With no other option possible here, is it possible for me to change from EB3 to EB2 sometimes in future, lets say after i get my I-140. Will that process again be very hectic and is not recommended? Are there any other suggestions available here?
