Hi everybody,
I flight to be with my fiancè in NY last october. My intention was to stay there, get married and adjust my status. She is a green card holder so we needed to wait her to apply for citizenship first. I got in the country with the Esta waiver program and unfortunately, for some family issues, i had to go back to italy after overstayin 18 days. I guess now im not eligible to enter again with vwp, and i'm wondering what are the chances for me, after overstaying to get back to my fiancè.
Being a well known musician in my field, i have the chance to be sponsored by a us agency to get an artistic visa. My question is : Is there any chance it could be approved after my overstaying ? Is there any other way ? should i apply for a B tourist visa before ?
