    Hi
    Can u guys help me? I just got fired here nd my wife is in us ... Its been a rough time right now so I really need to know about this:
    I live in Brazil nd I got Married last year in US nd Started my green card process living here in Brazil....
    Today my I-130 got approved... Iam kind lost about the next steps!
    My main question is: CAN I FINISH MY PROCESS LIVING IN US? I know I can finish my process in us but after what step?
    I thought aftee my i-130 is approved I could go but I see I have to wait a interview nd other stuffs

    Hi Thiago,

    You have to go through the process unless you are an illegal and Obama gives you free card to stay. So once the I130 is approved, there is more paperwork including an affadavit of support that your spouse must submit along with other documents. It takes a long time, running about 13 or more months for those that come in legally.
    You cannot finish the process in the U.S. They stopped that a while ago.
