K1 visa NOA1

Hi everyone
I've mentioned already that my fiance got a letter with our CD back yesterday. We were waiting for the NOA1 but have got the CD back in stead.
It's been over a month that we filed our documents.
How long does it usually take to get NOA1 in California?

RapidVisa mailed my 129F petition on April 22nd, it hit the lockbox on the 25th, and I received both a text and e-mail, with my USCIS Receipt Number, that it had been forwarded to the California CSC on the 28th. I should receive the paper NOA1 in about a week. You should have received yours already. You may want to contact USCIS to see if there was an additional problem with your petition.
