  • Validity of green card

My mother was granted a USA Green card about three years ago but she had to
leave USA prior to receiving the green card. The green card did arrive in
the mail after a month from her departure from USA. She entered USA a couple
of months ago using her multiple visit visa. Does she still have a valid
green card (GC) after three years of absence?
If her GC is not valid then how can she get it validated?
    Thanks

She has abandoned her Green Card status and is considered to have her Green Card cancelled. Whether it ever becomes official or not remains to be seen.

Hope you received the mail then track the details with USCIS office.

If it is not approved on that time then you can apply for new Green card for your mom

      Thanks
