L1 visa tax on per diem

can anyone tell me if im eligible for tax according to newjersey law as well as federal law.

Im not paid salary in us but paid per diem of 100$ . Also im paid salary in india and being taxed in india.

Below are my travel dates

2013
3rd Nov – 31st Dec : 59 days

2014
1st Jan – 26th Apr : 116days
27th July – 29th Sep : 56days

2015
NONE

2016
17th Jan – 8th July : 174 days

Also I don't have SSN id yet nor bank account.

Please advice.

As far as I know, Per Diem is non taxable. Please check with your employer or consult a tax expert.

Allowances are not taxable. Also, you cannot file for IT without an SSN number.
