I am a UK citizen and entered the US on a student F1 visa. I am now half way through college and have just married a US citizen. Our long term aim is to return to the UK so, even if I did get a green card, I would be returning home by the time it came through. My question is, if I returned to the UK for a few weeks over the holidays, would my F1 visa still be valid/would I fall foul of Immigration when I tried to re-enter the US?
