Hello everyone,
I am currently on F-1 visa. I will be graduating in May,2016. I have applied for OPT and it will be effective from July, 2016.
If i want to convert to H4 and H4-EAD consequently, i have few questions in this regard:
1. Can i apply for H4 COS when my OPT is still under process at the USCIS.
2. Can i apply for H4 and H4-EAD in parallel ?
