Hi all
I have a question regarding immigration visa activation for family members. I have a DV visa as principal applicant and as well for my wife and daughter. The visa validity is Mid of April. We have traveled to US on 5th of March. At the POE, my wife and daughter visa on passport were endorsed with entry stamp at the counter and handed over. While my passport was taken to the CBP office. There it was stamped.
We traveled back home to finish school and to prepare to move over to US permanently.
The issue that I got my SSN & GC while nothing for the family so far.
Could it be that their visa is not activated with my visa?
can we return with the endorsed visa to recheck or should we call to the USCIS office before ?
is there a way to check the status for them?
