My daughters passport was recently lost, BUT it had her H4 VISA stamp valid until 2018
I have been given an emergency travel doc to travel back to the UK next week, and its valid to travel back to USA July. Can anyone give me advice what i need to do? I realise i have to get a new passport, but hoping i haven't got to go back to the UK embassy in London for another stamp, thats a nightmare in itself !
The only proof i have of her H4 status is the i94 form.
