Hello all, I read this forum all the time and I am looking for some honest suggestions!
I came to California with a K1 visa and got married in January. On January 20 we submitted the application for AOS and work permit. After the biometrics appointment they got back to me twice with additional request to submit evidence.
I really want to travel back home and I was thinking of applying for Advanced Parole. Would you recommend it? Is the paper issued easily or it takes really long to get it? Does anybody know how long it can take for the entire AOS process to be approved? I am really getting frustrated with this immigration thing!
