L1B individual Premium processing RFE received

Hi,

My company had filed L1b in premium processing for me on 5th May 2016.

I checked in USCIS website and it says RFE sent on 13th May 2016.

I have read in some posts that in premium processing attorney receives RFE notice in the email within 1-2 days.

Can anybody pls confirm if this is true ?

This is what my company's immigration team responded when i asked them about RFE email.

"There is no online version / softcopy would be sent to us. We need to wait for the reason for RFE."

So i am kind of confused about premium processing procedure.Any expert advice ?

Yes, that's true but usually the Attorney scans through the nature of questions mentioned in RFE and accordingly, forwards to the applicant to provide response. In my case also it was applied under premium processing, received and RFE in 1 week just before completion of 15 days (TAT for premium processing). The complete response was prepared and submitted in 3 months time by my attorney. Within one week of submission, the petition was approved. Hope this helps.

I also got RFE for L1B individual on 7th feb to prove specialized knowledge. do you get idea any kind of letter?
