Hi all. Would appreciate some advice. I applied for a second re entry permit April 2015 with my 2 year old son. He received a re entry permit valid for 2 years and I only got one year.
My permit is due to expire in June 2016. I have given birth a few months ago and not ready to go to states yet.
Two questions please:
1. Why was I only given one year on my reentry permit? Is there a way to appeal for longer??
2. If I go to the states next year with an expired reentry permit will I be able to get through immigration?
