    i485 &i130 during tourist visa

    Hi,

    I married my husband who is a US citizen, in January 2016 and I went back to my home country for 3 months after that. I returned to the US at the end of March 2016.

    We recently decided to apply for the green card(i130 & i485) while I'm on a tourist visa. can we do that?
