Re-Entry Permit

i'am a citizen of US and i applied GC for my sister in 2002 and now their date became current after which they attended the visa interview in India at Mumbai consulate and they got their visa approved, but my niece is currently doing her under-grad in india and she has 2 years left to finish her degree, so i plan to apply for permission for re-entry to US after 2 years, can you please let us know the process for re-entry permit ? as she cannot stay here more than a month because her college will begin in July.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Re-Entry Permit..

Hi there,
I have personally applied to re entry permit a couple of times.
The post is about a month and half old.. you might have figured it out by now.. but anyways lets me know if you do have any query.
