Visitor visa extension questions
Hi,
I am trying to extend stay for my in-laws and their stay expires on June 21, 2016. USCIS no longer accepts to e-file visitors visa extension. Could you please help me clarify few questions?
1. Can I use single I-539 form for both in-laws?
2. How much fee should I pay for both of them? Is it $290 or $290 * 2?
3. Do I need to pay for biometrics? $80
4. How do I make the payment when e-file is not an option? Should I write a cheque?
5. Where do I submit the documents to?
6. We just made a decision to extend the stay, is 3 weeks in advance sufficient?
