h1b revoked, what options do i have.
hi
I got my h1b in 2015, but had to go back to india due to personal reasons in Apr 2016 and had to resign later, so worked for couple of months in US.
my company later on revoked my h1b.
need few suggestions
1. what options do i have?
2. am i cap exempted?
3. if yes,for how long?
