H1B Stamping in india with Employer A, While Labor approved with employer B
Hi,
I have my US visa interview Scheduled in india on behalf of my current employer and my Labor application was applied through another consultancy and it's approved 3 days back.
Now, if my consulate officer asks about GC application then I should say Yes but if he asks me the below questions.. How should I answer them.
1. Why is your GC application is applied through another Employer apart from your current one?
2. Why didn't you transfer Visa to your GC employer instead why did you apply your visa with your current employer now?
Please let me know if Any other tricky questions we can expect in this scenario?
