YOu need to apply under category F4. But there is a long wait for this
category ; 11 years for India and more for some other countries.
I suggest you consider other options like the employment category.

If you still want to file a petition under F4; read this:

    Hi

Your case is similar to mine. I filed for my brother and his family. First you have to file I-130. Don't file I-864 now. When you file I-130 make sure you send in the fee together. They will reply to you with acknowlegdement within 6 to 9 months. If every goes well they will have a WAC # for you and each time you call you just have to give them this number to check. Do not send any forms unless they write to you to request you to send. Each form you send has a fee as well. It took 13 years from the date I filed. Their case finally came up in January after I called them in December to check on the status. They must have lost the file somewhat cause 13 years is a long time to wait. My niece is 20 now and will be 21 by next April. Luckily, last week everything was finalized and they got their envelope and stamp to come to the U.S. within 6 months.

    Good luck on your application.
