Traveling internationally after being married (post k1)

Married my fiance who came on a K1 visa and we're in the process of applying for adjustment of status. If we want to travel abroad for vacation/leisure to her home country or any other, what process do we need to take in order to be able to do so?

Again, we're now married after coming on a k1 visa and we don't have an adjustment of status yet, nor a social security number or working permit.
