How to get a duplicate copy of Approved H1 Petetion?

I came to US on L1 from Emp A in 2016, but I had H1 approved from Emp B in 2013.
But I misplaced my H1 approved Petetion copy. When I approached my Emp B [who filed my H1 petetion], they are not responding over the phone or Mail.

So please advise what is the option on getting a duplicate copy of my approved H1 Petetion as one new Emp C is ready to renew my approved petetion.

Try using FOIA. You need a good, patient immigrant attorney to help you with that. Probably C can provide is they really interested in your profile.
