Hi,
I hold a H-1B visa which is getting expired on 30th September 2016. And i have not traveled even once on H-1B.
Now i have an opportunity to travel and i might need to travel by end of July i.e. 2 months before the expiry.
Based on this scenario i have set of questions. Your help will be appreciated.
1. As per our internal company policy we should travel atleast 3 months before the expiry of H1B visa. What is the minimum validity period before which i can travel?
2. Is it better to get my Visa extended and then travel? or go to US before the Visa expiry and then get it extended from there?
3. If i apply for extension from india, how long the process will take?
