No updates on EAD/AP - I-485 more than 75 days

Hello everybody,
I filed an I-130-I-131 and I-485 all together in April for my mom. I am a UC. Priority date was April, 05. USCIS web still says :CASE WAS RECEIVED AT OUR NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER WILL SEND YOU A NOTICE:
Her Bio metrics was done on May 09. Since then nothing and USCIS web still say the same since the reception of docs.

Same situation here

Hi,,My case is same to same as yours ,and what I did not know was we can make service request after 75 days of filing EAD and 90 days of AP..so I did call on 29 th June on 89th day of filing and made a service request and my EAD and AP got approved Instant on next day ,I dont know weather it was a effect of service request or it just got approved naturally on its time but I jave been keeping up with lots of forum nowadays and it never takes that long for EAD like mine and yours...so call to the number on NOA receipt and make a service request.
