Hi , i am married to us citizen , my wife was born in us and stay for one year only then she traveled to yemen and stay all her life there ( in yemen ) , she has no relatives in us now she is pregnant and we are planing to make her delivery in us , she has no connection to us , no insurance she doesn't work and i am still student

My questions
1- is there medical insurance for her when she travel to us ?
2- I heard about welfare insurance , if she apply for welfare will it affect our future immigration application ( we dint apply yet

3- will it better if she give the baby here then applying for immigration for me and the baby ?

She can't get any insurance in this situation.

I suggest that she gives birth in her current resident country.

The baby will have the citizenship even if born abroad she only need to register the bird in the embassy, will be hard for her to get birth here alone

The problem is that for the baby to get the citizenship the embassy request evidence that she was physically present in US for 5 years 2of the 5 years after she was 14 years age which is not the case for her
