I am kind of in picky situation
Started my GC with EB3 got EAD and priority date is November 2005.
Changed company on EB2 EAD. My new company initiated EB2, got my PERM and I-140 approved on EB2
By the time they submitted my EB3 to EB2 porting the priority date moved back to 2004
Currently there are lay-offs in my company and thinking if is right change to my Company.
If I change the Company, can I continue my previous EB2 or need to re-start my EB2 again
Any answers/suggestions would be helpful
