F2 to F1 COS
Hi i have applied for COS from f2 to f1 on June 20 2016 it is with the Vermont Service center when i check the processing time it shows as Jan 18 2016 last application being processed how many months it takes to process my application my classes starts on AUG 24 i got only 2 months time Course Advisor asking to enroll classes for full time but DHS rep only part time study is allowed in F2 visa totally confused any one who applied F2 to F1 reply me
