Need answer to this question:
An employee who is employed with Company A is in H1b status. He gets offer from Company B and C and they process H1b Transfer and it gets approved. So, the person working in A, now has got 2 valid Approved H1B transfer I-797 petitions from Company B and C each.
Question:
Can the person quit Company A and then Join B. Work for few months, get the paycheck and decide to quit B. Then Join Company C using existing H1b Transfer approved petition (processed through Company C when he was working for Company A) he got earlier?
Note: The H1B I-797 approved petition from Company B and C will have the same I-94 number. The start and end dates will vary a little depending upon the dates the H1 transfer was submitted and approved.
