Fiancee Visa Success - Question about Grandparent (in another country)

Hello, I am a US Citizen and my wife and I successfully did a Fiancee Visa several years ago. My wife is now a US Citizen after passing all the interviews, tests, etc...

A question we have: My wife was raised by her grandparents since birth so we weren't able to get them over via the Fiancee Visa process since she wasn't officially adopted. We did luck out and get a Visitor Visa for Grandma (Grandpa has since passed away) but we were wondering if there is any way to allow Grandma to come and live with us permanently? She is getting older and we would like to care for her in person.
