J-1 Visa 212(e) Waiver Process
Hello,
Can someone with recent experience applying for 212(e) waiver while residing in India comment on the process?
It would be a big help if you could throw some light on how to go about getting NORI certificate from the Ministry of External Affairs. I am also interested to know if an Indian Consulate abroad has to get involved at any stage.
