Hi All - couple of questions on the OUT OF CAP H1 approved (new petition) on approved I-140 while in India.
1. Its a new petition which was approved while i was in India. Even I-140 was applied and approved while in India.
a. I am now in US. So this H1 is it valid for next 6 year? I mean, can i apply extension after 3 years EVEN if I-140 gets revoked by my employer in case if i jump my current employer
2. I understand the new employer will need to raise a new GC process while i maintain my priority dates. But what if i dont want new GC to be applied. Can i get be on H1 for next 6 years and move back?
