Lost I797B but already working in USA with an employer. Still need to apply duplicate
Hi,
I have lost my i797B document. SO I am bit tensed. I am already working in USA on H1B status. My visa is valid still 3rd March 2019. And also i94 status is valid. Also presently working with an employer. But lost i797B document.
What is that I should do? Will it create any problem? I do have scan copy of it. Will it be sufficient tommorow if I change company?
