I have my I140 approved in EB3 (PD Jan 2011) from previous employer. My current employer filed a new I-140 using previous PD in EB2, it is normal filing and in progress and may take 2 more months from now.
I have another full time opportunity now which requires to transfer my H1 again and they are ready to sponsor my GC. So, if I wait until my current I-140 is approved in EB2 with also porting the previous date. And later move to new company, will they again have to do the porting from EB2 to EB3 using 2011 PD or just file in EB2 if my current I-140 approves in EB2 with 2011 date? Basically, I would like to know if it is worth waiting for my current I-140 to approve and to convert to Premium? I mean if my future employer has to anyhow redo the porting from EB3 to EB2, can I go with the new opportunity?
