I am currently visiting India with my kids who are US citizens and I have a valid H4 (until 2017). I need to attend an interview to get my H4 stamped on passport but the interview dates are not available before my return flight booking in September 2016. I don't want to extend/change the tickets due to financial reasons, is it acceptable for me to travel to US on visa waiver program if I take an interview appointment in Toronto, Canada within 3 months of my entry to US?
Will I need to fill out a new DS 160 for Toronto consulate if I decide to do that?
