Hello guys,
I'm currently on CPT in F1 visa. My H1B will start from 1st Oct, 2016. When I ask my company's attorney they said that I need to file directly for my spouse.
What all should I do? I know that I need to file the I-539, but else needed documents? also, where should I send all these documents to? how about the fee? and how long does this petition process?
