Hi,

I got i-94 till nov,2016 at POE though i have valid visa till dec 2017..please let me know the process how can i get my I-94 extended?

Is it because your passport or I797 is expiring in Nov 2016?

Go to nearest CBP and request for an updated I94. If they don't then either file I129 through your employer OR leave US and re enter.

Yes , if CBP does not correct it and you are not willing to travel outside to get it corrected.
