Green Card Holder Sponsor Fiance outside USA

Hello Everybody,
I am green card hold for three years and 8 months,
Recently i just engaged to my fiance,

What i need to ask,
1-Could i able to sponsor my fiance while i am holding green card? how long does it take?
2-If i am going to wait to get citizen, it will be one year and 4 months, after that, how long does it take to get citizen?
3-Do you know any fastest way to sponsor my fiance here?

As a green card holder, you cannot sponsor a fiance; only USCs are allowed that privilege. I'm guessing it takes about a year from Naturalization application to Oath.
