Hi there
I have very complicated situation and need help. I came here to find a place to open a branch of my company with b2 visa. Has already extended it one times.
In the end I opened my new office, made my application both L1A and EAD. My EAD process started but there isn't any improvement about L1A and also USCIS has not withdraw money for my I 129 form yet. And in Web page it seems that vermont service center's last form date for I 129 for L statues is January 18th! My I 94 will be expired first week of september what should I do??
