Query regarding H1B amendment withdrawal and applying extension
Hi There,
My current H1B visa is valid till 30th Sep,2016 and I94 is till 10th Oct,2016. I've recently came to US after an amendment was filed by my employer on May-26-2016 which is not approved still.I came here with only the receipt notice(I-797C),I-129 and the certified LCA.
Now,since my visa is expiring on 30-Sep-2016,I am planning to apply the extension and that too in premium mode since I've to return back to India for some days due to my marriage event.
Please let me know URGENTLY how to proceed with this? Kindly help me guys. I'm a bit confused here.
