Traveling to Other City on F1 Student Visa 1st Time

Firstly, thank to GOD that my F1 is approved, my classes start on 25th Oct, however I wanted to travel on 1st of Oct and instead of going to my destination at IOWA, I wanted to initially go to AUSTIN to my friend and also Florida. Is there any issue if I go to any other place before my program start.
