Incorrect Date Of Birth In H4 Visa Approval Notice
Hi,
H4 visa approval notice which was done as part of the H1 Transfer, has the incorrect date of birth mentioned. Can this be rectified? If so what would be the procedure and how long will this take?
Will this cause any problems in the current immigration status?
Should this be first rectified before applying for H4 EAD or can the EAD application and the rectification be done together?
