Pls I need help in understanding how to remove my condition.. I have a conditional GC that will expire in February 2017, my spouse is locked up for assault and battery and there is a no contact order in place for her not to see me.. I have been trying to get a divorce but I can't get her to sign d documents because of the no contact order..
