    Hi ,

    I have my current I94 till Sep 7th 2016. My H1 extension was approved with Consular processing. I would be leaving to India for Stamping.Could you let me know if would be eligible for Drop box.

    Based on the eligibility criteria for IWP , i have "YES" for all the below questions. Please let us know if anyone went through same scenario.

    "I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to apply - YES
    My most recent visa was issued in India - YES
    I received my visa after January 1, 2008 - YES
    My prior visa is not annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”. - YES
    My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday - YES
    I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance - YES
    If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. - YES"

    When did your visa stamp in the passport expire?
