Hi every,
I have submitted my EAD renewal for pending asylum case on 4 June, USCIS received it on 6th June, on 17th June they transferred my case to Nebraska, still today there is same status at USCIS website. Today I open a request due to delay in process time. My previous EAD expired on 27th July so unemployed since than, I would like to know should I wait for USCIS reply or I could contact Ombudsman for further pull?
