Hi,
I am facing a strange issue while booking OFC appointment, it basically shows me available slots on a date and when I select and continue it says slots are not available, this happens irrespective of date and center I select, I raised a complaint with support but got a simple answer "slots are allotted based on first come first basis", I also tried from different system and browser to make sure its not an issue related to my PC / Browser, did anybody faced similar issue in past? where do I look for help? kindly suggest.
