Hi,
My PD is March 2005 (I-485 pending, EB3) and as per the latest visa bulletin, the current PD is February 2005 for EB3. I am guessing that my PD will become current by next month when the next visa bulletin is issued. My questions are below. Can some one clarify?
1. I am in India right now. I went for H1B visa through a new employer this week, but received a 221g blue slip which has the option "Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made". So, I don't have the visa now. What should I do if my PD becomes current by next month? I have submitted a new AR-11 address change request with one of family friend's address in USA.
2. When I filed I-485 (in 2007), my kid was not born. So, I and my wife filed I-485 for us. What should I do to file I-485 for my kid when my PD becomes current? Can I file I-485 for my kid from India?
3. Is there any time frame before which I need to file I-485 for my daughter?
